We are so excited to show case our Blueberry Blessings. We harvest our own organic blueberries and with the help of a friend, @DoubleLRanch ,freeze dry our berries. They are then ground for use in these shortbread cookies. This delicious blueberry taste requires 2 pounds of fresh berries to yield enough freeze dried berries for our dough. It is exciting to share this goodness with our customers in a shelf stable product weighing approximately 2 and 1/2 ounces. It is a treat!.
